Relationship Therapy

Relationship Therapy

Does it feel like the saying “two’s a company three’s a crowd” was written for your relationship?  Do you struggle with intense jealousy because of how your relationship has changed?  Is it hard to negotiate the wants and needs of all the people in your life?  Do you struggle to find the time to spend with everyone that is important to you or do you sometimes feel unimportant to the important people in your life?

Relationship therapy might be right for you.  Relationship therapy is for people who are in a relationship – that is – with friends, colleagues, family or more than one life partner. The goal of relationship therapy is to improve the relationship between two or more people.  Therapy can also help you to decide whether or not you should continue with or end your relationship.

Relationship Therapy often includes sessions designed to improve problem solving, share and deal with intense emotions, build communication skills, and identify life goals and relationship responsibilities.

So whether you are in a monogamous, non-monogamous, open or alternative relationship or your relationships simply feel overwhelming, I would love to help you.  Give me a call to set up an assessment meeting and get the process started.
